You can cancel any time from your account page. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Monthly payments are generally non-refundable once that month has started. If something went wrong, for example you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or couldn't use the scanner because of a problem on our side, email support@kwickscan.com and we'll put it right.
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them.
KwickScan is an online service; nothing is shipped. Access starts as soon as your payment goes through.
